Jakar Dzong, one of the oldest fortress-monasteries in Bhutan, high in the Himalayan foothills, wedged between India and China, nearly opposite to Tibet. It is home to many hard to reach Dzongs, or fortress-monasteries, which are home to Buddhist monks. This is a limited edition of 25 (14 remaining) original Giclée prints sized at 30×60.” Each is an original and after the limit of the edition is reached, this print will no longer be sold. Each print is individually printed with the finest state of the art archival paper and ink and then carefully coated with three applications of environment friendly Eco-Print Shield® UV and water protectant. The print is permanently mounted on archival, natural (no color added) 3/16″ Gator-board® which is made of an unbleached wood laminate sandwiching a foam core for strength, light weight and a hard mounting surface which is hand sanded for a perfectly smooth surface. After careful inspection to insure there are no dings or other imperfections on the surface, the print is carefully mounted using an archival dry bond adhesive. This print is sold framed. This print is personally signed by the artist in the front lower right corner and again on the back side, secured under clear plastic tape with artist’s copyright stamp, personal signature.
